Their apprenticeship program helps students succeed by allowing them to earn while they learn and receive job placements at no cost and with no tuition fees.
As the company was expanding into other states across the country, their website lagged behind, and didn’t fully express the full value of their apprenticeship program. Information was disjointed across many pages, requiring users to hunt for information.
We clarified the organization’s message into clear, digestible sound bites, speaking to two distinct audiences. The first being prospective apprentices and the second, potential dealer partners looking to create a sustainable talent pipeline. We made it easier for both audiences to learn more by embedding scheduling software on the website so future apprentices could speak to recruitment, and dealers to the sales department, respectively.
