We began by taking a close look at the website’s information architecture and determining how Christian Care’s many services, communities, and resources could be organized into a clearer experience. The goal was to make it easy for families to understand their care options, find a nearby community, and quickly get to the information most relevant to their needs.

We brought the content and structure together through a website designed around the needs of residents and their families. Prominent calls to action throughout the experience encourage visitors to find a community and schedule a tour, creating clear next steps without making the website feel overly transactional. The result balances the credibility of a large senior care organization with the warmth and humanity families expect when making such an important decision.

The finished website gives Christian Care Communities a clearer, more cohesive platform for communicating its services, supporting its communities, and connecting families with the care they need. The underlying structure also proved versatile enough to extend beyond the primary website, with the same approach applied to three additional sister sites—creating a more consistent digital presence across the broader organization.
