About the Client
Brandt Davis Insurance Agency is a Louisville based insurance brokerage offering the full range of insurance products from auto to home, business, life, and even health insurance from the top insurance companies in the industry.
The Goal
The brokerage had experienced such growth and success through referral and word of mouth since their founding in 2013, that they never stopped to create their own website! Now it was time to officially establish themselves online so customers could request quotes, refer friends, find resources for how to file claims & pay bills, and simply learn about everything the company has to offer.
One of our main objectives was to help people understand that the brokerage actually shops many different insurance companies for their customers. Because they aren’t tied down to a single insurance carrier, they are able to help customers find the best policies, while saving them time and money.
The Results
We went to work quickly, and I mean quickly. Not two weeks had passed and the website was ready to go-live. We made it easy for customers to browse the various insurance services the agency offered, request quotes online, and make it easy for existing customers to refer friends and family. We also established a review funnel to collect reviews, and the company successfully gathered over 60 new google reviews in a single month!
