About the Client
Family & Internal Medicine Associates (FIMA) is the largest privately-owned primary care practice in central Kentucky. At the time of writing, FIMA has 6 doctors, 6 nurse practitioners, and just under 50 staff who care for patients in Lebanon, KY & surrounding communities.
The Goal
FIMA was ready to launch its website for the first time. They needed a professional-looking, well-functioning website that would serve their business for years to come, providing a platform for patients to see services they offer, meet physicians & staff, get answers to frequently asked questions, and even make payments for statements.
The Results
We made the trip down to Lebanon to meet the fine folks at FIMA and take their headshots for the staff page of the website.
Their website met all of the goals we had determined while feeling clean, warm, colorful, and family-friendly.
The home page features a smiling photo of almost their entire staff, clear instructions for how to schedule an appointment, and a quick overview of their services.
The staff was very pleased with how the website turned out, and it received hundreds of views the day after it was launched!
